Our vintage Independence Day celebration wouldn’t be complete without you! Every year our guests marvel at the restoration and appreciate the history of our Antique Tractor Display.

Won’t you join us this year as we once again celebrate our nation’s birthday and our unique Napa Valley culture?

Space is limited so register early. Registration closes June 15, 2016.

There is no entry fee to display your tractor, but any and all donations to the Parade and Fireworks are accepted…and appreciated!

Who Can Participate?

Any person or business with an antique tractor.

When Is It?

July 4th…of course!

Hours

The Napa County Fair & Fireworks is open 12pm – 11pm, and while you are welcome to spend the day with us, attendance is not a requirement.

Tractors may be delivered and set up as early as July 2nd, but must be in place prior to 11am on July 4th (if you’re NOT participating in the Parade).

Tractors must be removed by Tuesday, July 5th.

This Year...

We invite you to drive your tractor in our annual 4th of July Parade through downtown Calistoga which concludes at the front gates of the Napa County Fair & Fireworks, and then pull right on in to your display space, leaving your tractor on display for the entire day.

Display Aspects

Provided by Fair:

Double rope stanchions separating engines from public by a minimum of four (4) feet, when tractor is not provided for climbing on.
Properly charged fire extinguisher nearby.
Flammables stored at least six (6) feet away from running engines in closed containers.
At least three (3) feet clear space between individual engines (not required on trailer mounted displays).
Clutter-free exhibit space.
First Aid.

If you will be in attendance:

NO RUNNING ENGINES SHALL BE LEFT UNATTENDED!
Person attending engines must be in control at all times.
Consumption of any alcoholic beverages is prohibited while inside any roped off display area or while operating any equipment.
Exhaust should be directed up or away from viewing public.
No belts in line with viewing area.
