Greeter
Welcome guests to a day of fun! Ensure that every guest has provided a valid credential or ticket to the fair or entertainment venue.
Cashier
Sell guests admission to the Fair or special event. Collect monies and issue tickets.
Special Events
From special events to participatory contest, help decorate tables, set up contests or areas, pass out glasses and wristbands, organize entrants for contests, award prizes and track the winners.
Docent
Monitor exhibit buildings and individual exhibits. Assist guests with questions and information about how to enter for next year. Assist guests with art purchases.
Kid Kountry Docent
Help families understand directions for participating at each station of our free, hands-on, agricultural education zone. Encourage sharing, taking turns, and moving on when activity is completed.
Contests
Assist with organizing entrants for pie eating, watermelon eating, gunny sack races, and more. Award prizes to contestants. Track contest winners.
Bartend
Sell wine and beer to patrons in the Wine Pavilion or beer stands. Collect monies, check ID, issue wristbands, pour wine and/or beer.
Decoration Team (pre-event)
Help take it all in and get it all ready. Receive entries from participants, issue claim checks, organize entries for judging, record judges comments and award placings, identify winning pieces with ribbons and special awards, hang, arrange, and display thousands of items made by your community.
Strike Team (post-event)
Help give it all back. Take down entries and decorations and return them back to their rightful owners along with ribbons and special awards.
