The Napa County Fair & Fireworks, located in Calistoga, California, is host to nearly 10,000 people in this one day celebration of our nation’s birthday. The Napa County Fair & Fireworks, in the heart of California’s famous wine country, accepts a variety of vendors for its diverse spectrum of patrons.
This application is for the purpose of assisting the Napa County Fair & Fireworks in the selection of this year's Arts & Crafts vendors. This application is not a contract, nor a guarantee of same. Do NOT send money with this application.
Attach color photographs of the proposed exhibit booth and product(s) as they would appear at the Napa County Fair & Fireworks. Don’t underestimate the importance of photos that are clear and show your display at its best!
Exhibit spaces are outdoor and located throughout the fairgrounds.
Exhibit spaces are not supplied with drapes, carpeting, or shading. Vendors are responsible for furnishing such items, if needed, and they must be approved in advance by the Fair. Approval is based on Fire Marshal requirements and aesthetic appearance.
Spaces are sold in 10’x10’ increments (10x10, 10x20, etc.). All of the exhibit must fit within the designated space boundaries.
For any vendor sampling food products Health Inspections will begin on Friday, July 1.
RV parking is located in the Calistoga RV Park. All spaces are equipped with power and water hookups. Premium sites include sewer hookups; standard sites are water and electric only. Stock truck parking is located in an area designated by Fair Management.
